  16. I have had some experience with zoom before. My zoom 14.4 had software
  17. compression so only comit works best with it because it was designed for the
  18. modem.

  20.  I think that perhaps the modem that you are using may also  have software
  21. enabled compression as apposed to hardware compression. Also try playing with
  22. your init string as well as your windows comm.drv as your software comit may
  23. have changed your comm driver to another driver that is not compatable with
  24. your internet software.

  26. So comit will work fine with the modem but no other. You might want to check
  27. out the zoom bullen board for further help.
